Delivery Options & Costs

We use Royal Mail for deliveries:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.95 (usually 3–5 working days)
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.95

Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your chosen option.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. While we always aim to dispatch promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe.

Delivery Issues

If there’s a problem with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or email.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because:

• The address was entered incorrectly
• The address is inaccessible
• No one is available to accept delivery (where required)

We may charge for redelivery if Royal Mail returns the parcel to us.

Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

Returning an Item

You can return physical items if:

• You contact us within 14 days of delivery
• The item is returned within 28 days of delivery
• The item is unused
• It is in its original unopened packaging
• All labels and seals are intact
• It is in resaleable condition

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

By downloading or accessing digital content within 14 days of purchase, you agree to waive your right to cancel.

Refunds

If your return meets the conditions above:

• We will refund the item price
• Original delivery charges are not refunded
• Return postage costs are not refunded
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item

Items Returned Outside Policy

If an item is returned used, opened, damaged, or outside the allowed timeframe, we may:

• Refuse the refund
• Charge you for return postage if you want the item sent back

If unpaid return postage is not settled within 14 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the item.
